Invoices and receipts
Manage billing in your console's Plan panel shows every invoice, each one to view or download, with the tax included in its amount shown on it. You can also update your card, your billing name and address, and your email for billing there.
When a payment fails
If your card is declined when your plan renews:
- Stripe tries the payment again over the following days.
- Your plan keeps working for seven days. Your console shows: "Your last payment failed. Stripe is retrying it, and your plan keeps working until" the date.
- To fix it, open Manage billing, update your card, and pay the open invoice. Your plan is back the moment the payment goes through.
If the seven days pass without a payment, the plan lapses: campaigns and exports pause, and your console, map, ledger and risk register stay. Updating the card and paying the open invoice brings it straight back. If the subscription ends before then, start a plan again from the console whenever you are ready.
Invoiced programs
The Supplier Assurance Program and Enterprise plans are invoiced by Tiermark. They appear in your console once paid. Questions about one: help@tiermark.io.
