Help For primes
Answering your own customers
A prime is somebody's supplier too. The Received tab lists the attestations your own customers ask you for; answer and share them as a supplier does.
Updated · Edwards Consulting Group
Every other tab in the console is about what you have asked of your suppliers. Received is the other direction: what your own customers have asked of you.
The Received tab
Received lists every attestation request another Tiermark customer has sent to your company: who asked, the questionnaire, its status, when it was sent, when your organization claimed it, the due date, and an Answer button (Read while your organization is pending verification, View once the request is signed). Under the status of an answered request the row says "Signed" or "By sharing" with the date. Your requests to your suppliers stay under Requests.
If a customer's message brought you here, its Open your request link lands on this list once you have confirmed the request for your company. See Answering a request for the link and the confirmation.
Answering
Press Answer. The questionnaire is the same one your suppliers see, with the same Save draft, the same Attester section, the same affirmation and the same Sign and send. An admin or a contracts manager may sign; a viewer reads the questionnaire and cannot sign. A signed answer set cannot be changed, and a correction is a new signature on a new request. Never enter controlled unclassified information.
Sharing
If your organization has already signed the same questionnaire for another customer, the request page offers to share those answers instead of answering again, and a request answered by sharing shows Answered by sharing with a Revoke button. Your customer learns only that the answers were signed for another customer and when, never which. See Sharing your answers.
A prime has no Shares tab. You revoke a share from the request it answers, on this list.
While your organization is pending verification
Received is the one console tab open to an organization that is not yet verified, so a request you followed in from a customer's message is not hidden behind the step. You see the request you claimed and can read the questionnaire; signing, and everything else your customers have asked of the company, open once the organization is verified. See Verifying your organization.
